    The building was first constructed as a warehouse by the Portuguese colonists. During the Indonesian occupation it served as a military post. Now it is hosting an English school financed by a Malaysian, Cambodian and Thai NGO. The teachers are mainly from Timor-Leste supported by some native speakers. (c) Travelina
