  • 1/2 of a raw Thüringer Bratwurst

Throw it on your home made pizza dough with a thin layer of

  • Tomato paste

Add

  • Fresh Mozarella

Bake pizza, afterwards sprinkle torn

  • Oregano

 

Pizza Finochio

Pizza dough with thin layer of

  • Tomato paste

Thinly sliced

  • Fennel

Soaked

  • Raisins

Add

  • Pine nuts
  • Fennel seeds
  • Anchovies
  • Fresh Mozarella
